Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) when they visit them. Cookies allow the website to remember the user's actions and preferences (such as language, font size or other display preferences) over a period of time, so they do not have to re-configure them each time they return to the site or navigate from one page to another.
In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and in accordance with European Directive 2009/136/EC, we inform you about the cookies used by the website https://thekingofcontent.agency (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by Dama Platforms.

3. Types of cookies we use
On our Website we use the following types of cookies:
3.1. Technical cookies (necessary)
These are cookies that allow the user to navigate through the Website and use the different options or services available on it. For example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, remembering the items in an order, processing a purchase, managing payment, or storing content for video or audio playback. These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Website and do not require user consent.
3.2. Analytics cookies
These allow us to quantify the number of users, identify the most visited sections of the Website and evaluate how users interact with it. The information collected is used to improve the quality of the Website and its content. These cookies collect information anonymously and in aggregate form. We use Google Analytics as our web analytics tool.
Since 20 October 2026, these cookies are not installed until you accept the notice. While you have not answered, and also if you reject, Google Analytics and Google Ads run in a restricted mode (Consent Mode v2): they neither write nor read any cookie, they store no identifier on your device, and they only receive an anonymous, aggregated signal that lets us estimate visit volume. As soon as you accept, measurement becomes complete.
3.3. Third-party cookies
These are cookies sent to the user's device from a computer or domain not managed by Dama Platforms, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies. Our Website may include embedded content from third-party services such as YouTube, Vimeo or other video platforms, as well as buttons or widgets from social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) that may install their own cookies.
We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure which ads bring visits and contact requests, and to show advertising to people who have already visited the Website. The pixel is not loaded until you accept cookies: if you reject them or do not answer the notice, no data is sent to Meta. You can read how Meta processes this data in its privacy policy.
We use Google Ads to see which Google ads bring visits and meeting requests. Like Analytics, it installs no cookie until you accept the notice.
We use Metricool (Metricool Social, S.L., Spain) to count visits to the Website and relate them to what we publish on social media. Its pixel is not requested until you accept cookies.
When you book a meeting, the link takes you to HubSpot, which runs our calendar and our CRM. Any cookies HubSpot sets are set on its own domain, once you have left the Website, and are governed by its privacy policy. There is no HubSpot tracking code on the Website.

5. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the use of technical or necessary cookies is the legitimate interest of the data controller, as they are essential for the proper functioning of the Website.
For analytics and third-party cookies, the legal basis is user consent, which is requested through the cookie banner when first accessing the Website. The user may accept, reject or change their decision at any time.
While the user has not answered the notice, and also if they reject it, no analytics or advertising cookie is installed on their device.
6. How to manage and disable cookies
You can change the decision you made in the cookie notice at any time:
The notice will appear again so you can accept or reject. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
You can allow, block or delete cookies installed on your device through the settings of your Internet browser. If you do not allow cookies to be installed in your browser, you may not be able to access some sections of the Website.

7. Consequences of disabling cookies
If you decide to disable cookies, some features of the Website may not be available or your browsing experience may be affected. In particular:
- You may not be able to access certain areas or features of the Website.
- The browsing experience may be less efficient, as your preferences cannot be remembered.
- Analytical data that helps us improve the Website cannot be collected.
- Embedded third-party content (such as YouTube videos) may not display correctly.
Disabling cookies does not prevent browsing the Website, although the use of some services may be limited and, therefore, your browsing experience may be less satisfactory.
8. International data transfers
Some of the third-party cookies installed on our Website involve international data transfers to servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In particular, Google (provider of Google Analytics, Google Ads and YouTube) and Meta (provider of the Facebook and Instagram pixel) may process data on servers located in the United States. These transfers are carried out in accordance with the adequate safeguards established by European data protection regulations, including the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
