The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the UGC (User Generated Content) content creation and influencer marketing services offered by TKOC, as well as to facilitate contact and engagement of such services.

Browsing, accessing and using the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all and each of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, which may be modified without prior notice. The User undertakes to carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Website.

3. Terms of use

Access to the Website is free and does not require prior registration by the User, except in cases where expressly indicated for contracting services or accessing certain content or features.

The User undertakes to make proper, lawful and diligent use of the Website and the content offered through it, in accordance with current legislation, this Legal Notice, morality, generally accepted good customs and public order.

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • The trade name The King of Content (TKOC), including its logo, visual identity and associated graphic elements.
  • The name and concept La Combi Completa©, including all intellectual and industrial property linked to said service or product.
  • All original content published on the Website, including blog articles, case studies, audiovisual materials and creative assets.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of total or partial exploitation of the Website content without the express written authorization of Dama Platforms is expressly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this content will give rise to the legally established liabilities.

Any User who sends any type of content or information to the Website guarantees that they are the holder of the intellectual and industrial property rights over said content and that its submission does not infringe the rights of third parties.

  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law.

For the resolution of any dispute or conflict that may arise from access to or use of the Website, Dama Platforms and the User expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless applicable legislation mandatorily provides otherwise.

In the event that the User has the status of consumer, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
